Establishment & Growth:

- Early Intervention for Disadvantaged & At-risk Young People (age 10 - 15) & Families
- Average of 30% indigenous participants
- Inclusion of Migrant/Refugees since 2005

- Government Grants (Programs) - $51,000
- SAPH VQA in-kind Contribution - $179,000
i.e. An effective quadrupling of government grants to provide a $1/4 million per annum benefit to community.
